Cancellation Policy

Space Rental Agreement: This statement of rental serves to confirm your space rental agreement at the location reserved within this booking; property of Tonye LLC. The applicable reservation day and time are also noted in the reservation for the agreement. As per the agreement, the rental will commence on the date of the rental reservation/booking. Please note: that the booking must be cancelled 7 days or prior to the event date in order to receive a 100% refund for the booking. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your applicable booking reservation/s to be refunded only. Under this agreement, you are obligated to pay the total in advance on our website upon booking. The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement are subject to local rental laws and regulations. As a space renter of Tonye LLC locations, you are responsible for keeping the premises in good and clean condition and to make sure any guest in the space are treating the space with care. Please note: any damage or theft done to the property during or as a result of your booking reservation will result in your full compensation towards the total applicable damages or stolen. Please contact us at info@tonye-co.com once you have left the space to report if any damages were incurred or not. Statement of Liability Waiver: As a space renter, you waive all liability of Tonye LLC and affiliates, staff and partners. Renter and applicable guests with in your booking will release liability from the parties listed above. Space Security Notice: To ensure safety in our TONYE LLC location please note that 24 hr Video security is facilitated in all areas except bathrooms, applicable showers for privacy. Set Up and Break Down Terms: Set up is max of 30minutes before and break down is 15minutes after end time. If you need addition time for it will be an additional $50 for added 1-hour. Please email info@tonye-co.com if you are requesting more set up and/or break down time. Payment for this will be done separately with the admin team.
